1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Salon Asaan mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Salon Asaan, operated from Pakistan.

2. Description of Service

Salon Asaan provides two distinct applications:

  • Customer App: Allows customers to browse salons across Pakistan, view services and working hours, and book appointments.
  • Salon Owner App: Allows salon owners to manage their salon profile, services, working hours, and incoming bookings.

We act as a platform connecting customers and salon owners. We are not responsible for the quality of salon services provided.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Salon Asaan, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are registering as a salon owner, you represent that you have the authority to operate and manage the salon you register.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Bookings and Appointments

5.1 Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for arriving at your appointment on time.
  • You must cancel or reschedule bookings in a timely manner to avoid inconveniencing salon owners.
  • Salon Asaan does not process payments — payment is handled directly between you and the salon.

5.2 Salon Owner Responsibilities

  • Salon owners must keep their service listings, pricing, and working hours accurate and up to date.
  • Salon owners are responsible for honouring confirmed bookings.
  • Salon owners must treat customers with respect and professionalism.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Pakistani law.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about yourself or your salon.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, salon owners, or our staff.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Salon Asaan are the property of Salon Asaan or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
  • Salon listings, availability, or pricing are accurate at all times.
  • The quality of services booked through the platform will meet your expectations.

Salon Asaan is a technology platform only. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of salon owners or customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Salon Asaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed appointments, service disputes, or data loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, salon owners, the public, or us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
